THE AIR FRYER DESK
Crisp, carefully tested.
Frozen food can work brilliantly in an air fryer, but package directions, appliance wattage and food shape all matter. These guides prioritize texture cues and documented testing over one-size-fits-all timings.

How to use these air-fryer guides
Start with the exact item, not a generic food category. Cook from the same starting state stated in the guide—frozen, refrigerated or thawed—and avoid crowding the basket. The food is ready when its center is hot and its exterior has the intended texture; a timer only gives you a starting point. For packaged food, the current label always overrides a blog post.
Build a useful frozen-food collection
Every product guide should answer: can this go in an air fryer, what does the package say, what can go wrong, how do you know it is ready, and what should you serve beside it? That is more useful than publishing dozens of near-identical time-and-temperature pages.
